The cost and reliability of the hardware and software that run digital signage and interactive kiosks have improved dramatically over the past few years – to the point where a video-based kiosk can run 24/7 for five years without a reduction in content delivery or mechanical failure.

At FCS, our kiosks are a combination of rugged hardware, reliable software, and the outstanding talents of our video producers and graphic designers who bring a client’s content to life. However if your needs require a different form factor, our digital signage system can be modified to work on any display.

These kiosks shown here are located at the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Welcome Center in Niagara Falls State Park, a 46 million dollar facility that aims to provide information and state of the art technologies to the visiting public. FCS designed the kiosks with the goal of answering WNY visitors’ question of “Where to next?” after coming to Niagara Falls. The kiosks take the user through different attractions and activities that can be found in our region by a series of videos, photos, texts, and graphics. An interactive map of WNY makes it easy to choose a destination by location and a QR code for each attraction / activity is prevalent, allowing the user to take the kiosk’s information into their own hands and go explore on their own accord!
